MCP Terms of Service

The Senaro MCP endpoint at https://mcp.senaro.ai/mcp only. The senaro.ai website has separate terms. This page itself is part of the website and uses analytics like every other page here, per our privacy policy.
This is a contract between you and the operator of senaro.ai ("Senaro", "we", "us").
These terms govern your use of the endpoint. If you integrate the endpoint into an application or service, you accept these terms on your own behalf and you are responsible for your end users. If you reach the endpoint only through a third-party AI assistant, these terms still describe the basis on which the service is offered, and the disclaimers and limitations below apply to the fullest extent the law allows even if no contract is formed with you.
1. What Senaro does
You send numbers. Balances, rates, income, home prices. Senaro runs a defined formula on them and returns the result, with a citation to the regulation or formula behind it. That is the entire service, and this endpoint is free to use today.
2. What Senaro is not
Senaro is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, dealer, lender, mortgage originator, credit counselor, tax advisor, or attorney. Using it creates no advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and us.
Senaro sees only the numbers in one request. It does not know your other debts, your job, your taxes, or anything else that matters to a real decision. It will tell you which of two options produces a better number under the assumptions it shows you, and it lists those assumptions with every result. Change an assumption and the answer can flip. That is arithmetic, not a judgment about your life, and Senaro does not tell you what to do.
Its output is informational and educational. Check any number against your actual statements, and talk to a qualified professional, before you act on it.
3. No warranty
We build the calculations carefully and cite our sources. We do not promise they are correct. Formulas can have bugs, regulations change, and your lender applies its own rounding, fees, and payment allocation rules that may differ from the standard method we use. Expect your real results to differ.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not promise it will be available or error free.
4. Limit on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, or financial losses arising from your use of Senaro or from any decision you based on its output.
Our total liability for any claim relating to Senaro will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars or the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Some states do not allow these exclusions, and nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud. There, the limits apply as far as the law permits.
5. If you build on Senaro
You may call Senaro from AI assistants, applications, and scripts.
We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and redistribute the numerical output and its citation for any lawful purpose, provided you do not present it as personalized financial advice and do not remove the disclaimer. We claim no ownership of the results you generate.
If you build a product or service on top of Senaro, you are responsible for how you present its output. You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims, and reasonable legal costs, arising from your product or your presentation of the output. We will notify you of any such claim, and you may control the defense and settlement, provided that any settlement imposing obligations on us requires our consent.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- send traffic at a volume that degrades service for others
- attempt unauthorized access to the endpoint or the systems behind it
- scan or test its security without our written permission
- present its output as personalized financial advice, or as the work of a licensed advisor
- strip, hide, truncate, or paraphrase away the disclaimer that ships with every response, or present the output without surfacing that disclaimer to the person who sees the result
- send personal identifiers. A few fields take a short text label so you can tell your cards apart. Keep those generic. Do not put account numbers, full names, or Social Security numbers anywhere in a request
- use it in any way that breaks the law
We can rate limit or block any caller, at any time, without notice.
7. We can change or withdraw it
This endpoint is offered at our discretion. We may change the calculations, add or remove tools, change output formats, or shut it down. We owe you no backward compatibility and are not liable for anything that breaks when we make a change.
If we materially change these terms, we will update the effective date above and post a short summary of the change on this page. Changes apply only to use after they are posted. If you do not agree, stop using the endpoint.
8. Governing law
New York law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in New York, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If you use the endpoint as a consumer, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws of the country or state where you live.
9. General
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. The disclaimers, the limitation of liability, the license grant, and the indemnity survive any termination of your use.
